As the main event manager and producer for a 3-day tech summit in Miami, I oversaw all aspects of event production to create a seamless and engaging experience for 50+ senior-level executives.

Respondibilities included: coordinating hotel accommodations and travel logistics for all attendees + staff, managing AV and vendor relationships, curating food and beverage experiences, organizing swag and gifting, and planning ancillary events. From impactful content sessions to vibrant networking opportunities, I ensured every detail was executed flawlessly to deliver a high-impact and memorable summit.
