As Lead Producer and Project Manager for MAMA SF, I was the main client contact, managing the cross-functional team to bring the event to life. I handled vendor contracts, venue logistics, F&B planning, signage execution, talent sourcing, registration, and gifting.

I also managed budget tracking and worked closely with design and print teams to execute signage seamlessly. I led milestone meetings, helped with production schedule management, and coordinated the on-site staffing plan—ensuring a seamless and successful event.
